Ordering Information:
* All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. They are shipped within the next 2-3 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days).
* Items damaged during shipping must be shipped back to us to receive a refund.
* Items may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping). They must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order. Note: Food Items May not be returned (Harlan Teklad, Regal Rat, and Ratty Rat Rattery Mix, etc.)
